Emotional Intelligence Training for Leaders & Teams

Emotional intelligence shapes how people lead, collaborate, handle pressure and resolve conflict. Our EI workshops build self-awareness, empathy and emotional control, and use 360° feedback to show where it matters most.

The blind spot

The skill people most overestimate in themselves

In one of our leadership diagnostics, a group of senior managers rated their own emotional intelligence and empathy as “Very Good”, while some of their peers rated it as low as “Poor”. That gap is common, and it is exactly why EI development works best when it starts with honest feedback rather than self-assessment.

Measured, not assumed

How we make EI training measurable

  • 360° feedback before the programme to identify real blind spots
  • Psychometric insight into individual style and strengths
  • Experiential exercises, role-plays and reflection
  • IDPs and follow-up to apply learning on the job
  • Reassessment to show behavioural change
FAQs

Emotional intelligence training: FAQs

  • Can emotional intelligence be developed?
Yes. EI is a set of skills, such as self-awareness, self-regulation and empathy, that improve with feedback, practice and reflection.
  • Is this a one-day workshop or a longer programme?
Both are available. A one-day emotional intelligence workshop builds awareness; a longer programme with 360° feedback and coaching changes behaviour.
  • Can EI training be combined with leadership development?
Yes. It is often a core module in our leadership and first-time manager programmes.
